Default City HM with heroes

City turns out to be quite irritating in HM compared to NM. Besides the nuking and constant energy drain, the pulls suck. I can manage the groups at the start with correct pulls. Anyone have tips on pulling groups at the city? It's hard to avoid aggroing more than one group at once and there isn't really a place to ball them.

get yourself a random longbow, stay back far enough (just observer their patrols for a while) and pull the mob around a bend or corner (http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/File:Cornerblocking.gif something like this). If you're not a warrior you can at least ball the casters up a little, if you are somewhat of a tank you could ball them all up.

reply above was pretty unhelpful so i guess i'll give my views - note that im not into glaive/frost/hero way doa so i dont know how you are playing, but i would say that a lot of the groups in the city patrol near to the gate at some point, so try just pulling them outside of the wall to kill them away from other patrols, then once you have done all the patrols at the start pick another spot and repeat.

There are one or two small patrols on the left side that can easily back aggro so pull them right outside the gate first(or as close to the corner as possible). The path to the right can then be done quite easily and has plenty of pulling spots where you can ball happily, although the first group on the right side can be a pain it's usually tight enough for most AoE
